License Deactivation Policy
License Deactivation Policy
To ensure fair usage and protect the integrity of the Blackbird licensing system, all
license activations and deactivations are monitored through our secure license management
platform.
Customers may manage active website licenses directly from the Blackbird Settings panel
within the allowed usage limits and deactivation period.
Self-Service Deactivation
Self-Service Deactivation
Blackbird provides a self-service license deactivation feature for customers who need to
move their license to another website or development environment.
The "Deactivate License" option is available for a limited period after activation. Once
a license has remained active beyond the allowed deactivation window, the self-service
option may no longer be available.
Currently, self-service deactivation is available within 3 days from the
original activation date.
Deactivation Limits
Deactivation Limits
Each purchased license includes a limited number of self-service deactivations to help
prevent unauthorized license sharing, abusive activation switching, and misuse of
commercial licenses.
Customers may perform up to 3 self-service deactivations per license key
under normal usage conditions.
Once the maximum deactivation limit has been reached, additional license changes will
require manual review and approval from the Blackbird administration team.
Manual Deactivation Requests
Manual Deactivation Requests
After the self-service deactivation limit has been exceeded, the system may disable the
direct "Deactivate License" option and replace it with a manual request process.
- Customers may submit a deactivation request directly from the plugin settings panel
for administrative review.
- Approval times may vary depending on request volume, account status, and usage
history.
Request Review & Approval
Request Review & Approval
All manual deactivation requests are reviewed to ensure compliance with our licensing and
fair usage policies.
Blackbird reserves the right to approve, reject, delay, or request additional
verification for suspicious or abusive license activity, including excessive domain
switching, account sharing, or unauthorized commercial redistribution.
Fair Usage Protection

Accounts showing suspicious activity may be temporarily restricted or reviewed manually
by our support team.
